Basement Flooding Protection Program work in the Weston area is progressing well and is on schedule for completion in Summer 2021. The majority of the work was completed in 2020. Please find information about what has been completed and what remains.

The City of Toronto will install new sidewalk, multi-use pathway, and bus bays on Eglinton Avenue from Jane Street to Glenvalley Drive. The project will run from June 2021 to October 2021.

Crews will be reinstating sidewalks and curbs, including conduit installation for street lighting, on the south side of Eglinton Ave W, west of Black Creek Dr. Work will take place within regular working hours, from as early as 7:00am – 11:00pm. This configuration will remain in place for approximately 4 months.
